Scarlett has a point–When I wrote this I assumed the Minister meant this for cases when the woman was the first one to hit or strike the man. This is actually not clear–the Minister might have only meant the woman initiated the conflict without hitting/pushing, etc. If it’s only words, that’s different–verbal or emotional abuse is wrong, too, but it’s not the same as domestic violence. –GS]

Verbal and Emotional abuse are in fact Domestic Violence Dumb Ass... and is usually the precursor that eventually leads to physical violence.
I am curious - why is it emaotional abuse and domestic violence when I do it to you, yet when our exes have done it to uis - we are just super sensitive?
The things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmm,.........
So Glenn Sacks stated a reasonable opinion and admitted he might be wrong in the face of ambiguous evidence. Sounds like the rational, tolerant, patient man I have always found Sacks to be. Somehow I don't think that's the point you were trying to make, though.
