End the so-called "sexual offender" reporting lists, which serve primarily as hate propaganda against men. They constitute cruel and unusual punishment and have no demonstrated value in deterring any future crime. Sex crimes have lower recidivism rates than other crimes. These lists and the life long publication of the names of men are unmitigated misandry.

The sexual offender database is not only used to allow people to view sexual offenders in their area, it is also used as a tool for law enforcement. But I guess since TWAT Bob views law enforcement as "blue gun thugs" this is of no consequence to him. Readers, I figured this one would be the most enjoyable (??) for you to read, so have at TWAT Bob.

TWAT Bob on the rape shield law

End so called "rape shield" laws that take away the fundamental and constitutional right of American citizens to confront and question witnesses against them in a court of law.

TWAT Bob do you even understand what the rape shield law is?

A rape shield law in the United States of America and Canada is a law that limits a defendant's ability to cross-examine rape complainants about their past sexual behaviour. The term also refers to a law that prohibits the publication of the identity of an alleged rape victim.

This does not say that an alleged rapist does not have the right to cross examine - it only means that her past sexual behavior is not allowed. Just because she is a virgin or she was sexually active (even at one time being sexually active with the alleged perpetrator) does not mean that she gave permission for this encounter to occur.

The rape shield law also offers protection for a victim.

My advice to any alleged rapists out there in regards to the supposed unfairness of the rape shield law? Keep the dang shit in your pants and you won;t have to worry about a shield law.

Allow discrimination lawsuits and punitive settlements for biased media coverage. Numerical unbalance by the media is de facto evidence of discrimination sufficient to prove discrimination and justify punitive class action damage awards.

TWAT Bob, how is it discrimination to report the true stories of crimes that occur? It has been proven that men do commit more of the crimes. I guess in TWAT Bob's world if a man rapes a woman we should go out and find some woman who committed a crime in order to balance the reporting. So I can see how this will go. We have 10 male alleged perpetrators, we will need to find 10 female ones. So I now see the news covering women (maybe even young girls) shoplifting or writing a bad check in order to get that "fair and balance3d" reporting TWAT Bob so desires. Now I would be afraid if I was a court clerk and some strange man was coming in with numerous motions (or even just one) and acting in this fashion. You never know what is going to happen in a courtroom. Even with security people are able to sneak weapons into these offices, people can even be shot at while the perpetrator is not even in the courthouse (Darren Mack). So these clerks (IMO rightly so) had this man removed. Just watch the video and then we will dissect the "fan" (aka cultist) comments below the vid.

I trust patriots will deal with those criminals in due course. And I expect it to happen sooner than expected - although not soon enough for many.

Amen to Orlando for taking a Pro-Active approach to domestic violence. Years ago I was the victim of a violent stalker and there were no laws to protect. LE's hands were tied until a crime was committed. If this new technique can thwart even one assault, there is value. Prevention is a large part of the cure and it doesn't cost the taxpayers anything for the cops to ask questions.

And a note to the poster who believes women use Domestic Violence to prosper in divorce proceedings. B/S. Women use MEN to prosper in divorce proceedings. For some, that's what marriage is for. Don't like it; don't marry -- it's a fools' investment.

One can only hope that surrounding cities and counties in Florida will step up to the plate as OPD and Orlando has done.

CAPE CORAL: A man arrested in a parking lot with two blow up sex dolls in his car told police he was there to buy the inflated ladies some clothes.

The Cape Coral police report shows George Bartusek, 51, had a large crowd gathered around his Lincoln Town Car Wednesday evening at 2420 Santa Barbara Boulevard.

Volusia County deputies are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to Deltona children last week, WFTV.com is reporting.

A girl was was riding her bike Tuesday near Clewiston Street and Gage Avenue when a man in his 40s or 50s drove by in a black F-150 extended cab truck and opened the door. The girl said she noticed he didn't have any pants on and he exposed himself, according to WFTV.com.

A similar incident was reported on Thursday Laredo Drive.

This is just a sampling of the many reports available on MEN who are committing crimes against children. There are bad women and mothers out there, and sadly they get instant fame when they commit their evil deeds. What does society do with these men? They run one or two stories on them and then we no longer see them.
